The Grüner Veltliner “Karl pur” was fermented from selected grapes for 2.5 months on the mash with natural yeasts in steel tanks, then removed without pressing. It was bottled after one year, without filtration and with a minimum sulfuric acid dose of 15 mg. Pure Karl is a dry orange wine, which can be drunk even 4 weeks after opening.
Strong reduction, gains with air, delicate fruit notes, smoky hints, tobacco, tight on the palate, dense, tight-knit structure, spicy, spicy finish, well-done mashed fermented wine.
